ATOP MOUNT MANSFIELD YESTERDAY...THE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 31 DEGREES 
AND THE LOW WAS 14.  THERE WAS NO PRECIPITATION WITH 4 INCHES OF 
SNOW AT THE SUMMIT STAKE.
