These high humidity levels helped to fuel the storm complex that brought high winds and intense rainfall during the early morning hours on Monday. The storm complex also likely helped to boost humidity levels during the aforementioned hours prior to storm passage as various atmospheric circulations work to increase near surface humidity levels.
