Shown above is the monthly precipitation deficit for December. Most locations are a half an inch to an inch short of liquid precipitation. This roughly converts to 5-10 inches of snow. While this does not bobe well for a white Christmas, there is a chance of flurries Christmas eve and Christmas day for many locations.
