It is interesting to note how clear the signal is shown by the plot. Frequencies are about average until reaching 50 degrees and then increase all the way to near 100% around 75 degrees. Such warm temperatures imply strong lower atmospheric mixing, which brings down higher speed air aloft to the surface. A sort of self- fulfilling prophesy.
