A strong cold front sweep through Iowa yesterday afternoon bringing a much different air mass than what graced us on Sunday and Monday. The featured map from Monday afternoon shows the gradient of temperatures with 70 degrees in SE Iowa and 40 degrees in NW Iowa. There wasn't much moisture to work with, so we didn't see any precipitation with this front.
