WHAT...Wind gusts as high as 45 to 55 mph. These high wind gusts
may occur outside of showers or precipitation. Wind gusts of at
least 45 to 55 mph have been reported recently at Ottumwa and
Oskaloosa.  

WHERE...Portions of southeast into east central Iowa.

WHEN...Through 130 AM. 

IMPACTS...Unsecured outdoor objects may be blown around and smaller
tree branches may break. 

PREPAREDNESS AND PRECAUTIONARY ACTIONS...Use extra caution when
driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle on 
east/west roads.
