2002 Notes
	Western North and South Dakota and central and south central Minnesota were districts where, during a particular week, zero or only one station were available from the near real-time source (ftp://ftp.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/coop-data/) and thus these districts are grayed out on the maps. South central SD is district 6 and 8 combined (usually 3 stations between the two districts).
