  FLOOD STAGE.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 88.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND IS FORECAST TO CONTINUE.
* FORECAST...RISE TO 88.6 FEET...OR 0.6 FEET ABOVE FLOOD STAGE...THIS
