I did some follow up on the snapped powerpoll near Nevada.  The
Nevada Police
Department tells me that the poll was leaning and not snapped.  The
location
is Northwest of Nevada. I caught a couple of pictures and talked
with a
gentleman from Mid-America Energy who was temporarily fixing the
poll. He
said the poll was old and rotten at the base. The bean field near
the poll
had some minor wind damage as well.
