Subject: Severe clouds from Altoona

Here are some pictures that I took of interesting clouds near Altoona
tonight around 8:45 pm.

When this formation approached town it was dead calm, then the wind hit.
The first part of the storm was a dark blue and behind it looked to be
the dust kicked up with the falling rain which made for an interesting
mix of deep reds and oranges. These pictures do not give the rich colors
justice as I stood in awe just before taking the pics.
